“work with citizens, governments and private economic interests to create a 450-mile regional greenway and multi-use trail system that will conserve the unique natural and cultural resources of Georgia’s coast while safely providing educational, recreational and tourism opportunities for the enjoyment and health of both residents and visitors,”
